Photographs of your fleet, in exchange for a rental

We photograph campervan and vehicle rental fleets in exchange for three to five days of a comped or discounted rental rather than a fee. You get the rig on the road and on the lot, the interiors in daylight, the handover, thirty to fifty edited photographs and three to five vertical videos, delivered within two weeks and licensed for your booking pages and your advertising.

Why most fleet photography looks the same

Every rental site in a market runs the same three photographs: the van on a white background, the bed made, a couple laughing outside at sunset. Renters cannot tell you apart. These are the frames that separate you.

  • The rig on the road it will actually be driven on, in the weather it will actually meet.
  • Interiors in daylight, from a real sitting position, not a wide angle that promises a room.
  • The kitchen in use. Renters want to know whether two people can cook and eat inside it.
  • The bed as it is made at the end of a driving day, not as a showroom.
  • The handover: your staff, your lot, the moment a customer takes the keys. Nobody photographs this and it is the thing that shows you are a real operator.
  • The storage. Every renter has the same unspoken question about where their things go.

The exchange

No invoice passes in either direction. If a trade is worth less to you than the photographs are worth to us, say so and we will adjust it or leave it. Note that a trade is still income for both sides in the eyes of a tax authority, and each of us handles our own.

When to shoot

Shoulder season, when a vehicle is standing idle and the landscape is at its most photographable. We travel to the fleet, and we drive it: a van photographed while it is actually being used looks different from a van photographed on a forecourt, and renters can tell the difference even when they cannot say why.

What operators ask

Do you need the newest van in the fleet?

No, we need a representative one. Photographing the best vehicle you own and renting out the oldest is how a fleet gets bad reviews. If your fleet varies, tell us and we will photograph the range.

Are you insured to drive it?

We arrange cover as part of agreeing the trade, in writing, before the dates are held. If your insurer needs specific details from us, ask early rather than on the pickup day.

What if we only have one vehicle free?

That is enough. One vehicle over three or four days across different light and different roads produces more usable variety than a whole lot photographed in one afternoon.

Tell us about your fleet and your season

How many vehicles, where you are based, when a vehicle is standing idle, and what your booking pages are missing. We reply within a day.
